As a precautionary measure the STFC branded Global Travel Adapter recently distributed at CHEP, Canada and All Hands, Nottingham has been recalled for safety reasons and should be destroyed or returned as soon as possible (please see attached document for further details). This item is considered unsafe for use.

Computing in High Energy and Nuclear Physics (CHEP) was held in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada from 2-7 September 2007. A WLCG Meeting will be held on from 1-2 September prior to CHEP 2007.

The CHEP conference provides an international forum to exchange information on computing experience and needs for the community, and to review recent, ongoing, and future activities.

CHEP conferences are held in roughly 18 month intervals. Recent CHEP conferences have been held in Mumbai, India (2006), Interlaken, Switzerland (2004), San Diego, California (2003), Beijing, China (2001), Padova, Italy (2000), Chicago, Illinois (1998), Berlin, Germany (1997), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (1995), San Francisco, California (1994), Annecy, France (1992) and Tsukuba, Japan (1991).

The conference will be held in the Victoria Conference Centre located at 720 Douglas St., Victoria BC.
