Submission Guidelines

All presentations will be projected from the computers provided by the conference organizers. No facilities will be available to project the presentations from personal laptops.
The electronic formats accepted are: Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe PDF only. Submitters of PowerPoint files must also submit a corresponding PDF.
Please consult the timetable for you allotted time.
Speakers are requested to present only as much material as can reasonably fit into the time period allotted.
Presentation material should be uploaded to indico a MINIMUM of 1 DAY PRIOR to the presentation.

posters must not cover an area larger then 1.2m x 1.2m (4' x 4').
No facilities will be made available for the printing of posters at the conference.

papers are due at the end of the conference(Sep 7).
papers should be prepared using the provided templates: LaTeX2e (preferred) or MS Word.
10 page maximum for submitted contributions and 20 page maximum for plenary contributions.
