Submission Guidelines |
Oral Presentations
- All presentations will be projected from the computers provided by the conference organizers. No facilities will be available to project the presentations from personal laptops.
- The electronic formats accepted are: Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe PDF only. Submitters of PowerPoint files must also submit a corresponding PDF.
- Please consult the timetable for you allotted time.
- Speakers are requested to present only as much material as can reasonably fit into the time period allotted.
- Presentation material should be uploaded to indico a MINIMUM of 1 DAY PRIOR to the presentation.
Posters
- posters must not cover an area larger then 1.2m x 1.2m (4' x 4').
- No facilities will be made available for the printing of posters at the conference.
Papers
- papers are due at the end of the conference(Sep 7).
- papers should be prepared using the provided templates: LaTeX2e (preferred) or MS Word.
- 10 page maximum for submitted contributions and 20 page maximum for plenary contributions.
