Uploading Presentations and Papers

The CHEP 2007 Indico website provides a mechanism to upload both talks and papers related to every contribution accepted for oral, paper or poster presentation at CHEP 2007. The presenters are requested to login to Indico, then to follow the 'My contributions' link under 'My Conference' link to submit the talk and/or paper material. Please refer to the Indico Submitters guide if you have any questions. Templates for the preparation of papers are also provided. Please take particular note of the following:

• upload slides by Friday Aug 31.
• upload final versions no later then 24 hours prior to giving a talk.
• supported formats are Power Point and PDF.
• If you submit Power Point you must also submit a PDF. DO NOT rely on
  automatic conversion by indico as the results are not consistent.
• Mac Power Point users should take special care to upload PDFs.
• Use of personal laptops to present is not permitted.
• Papers, both for oral and poster presentations, must be submitted before the end of the conference. The proceedings will be published shortly after the end of the conference.
